1. Ask guests to buy honeymoon vouchers instead of wedding gifts. They can either pay money into a specially set up honeymoon bank account or purchase flight vouchers from the airline youll be travelling with.

2. Pay for your wedding expenses by credit card and use the frequent flier points you accumulate for your honeymoon.

3. Postpone your trip so you have more time to save up for it. This will give you both something to look forward to after all the excitement of the wedding has died down.
